Little Hands Academy

Tuition Policy


Tuition is based on an annual figure.

Monthly: The tuition may be divided into equal monthly payments.  The first payment for September is due on or before August 31st.  The second payment will be due on or before September 30th and will follow on a monthly basis.  As this is an annual tuition, the monthly payment will be the same amount each month regardless of school vacations and holidays and/or other closings.

Early Morning Drop Off and Extended Day

If you are planning on using our early morning drop off and/or extended day on a regular basis, please let me know so I may adjust your invoice accordingly.

Additional or daily use of our early drop off and extended day options will be billed as they occur through the year.

Late Payments:  Payments which are received after the first of the month will automatically be charged a $25.00 late payment fee which will appear on your next invoice.

A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure placement for your child.  As this fee is non-refundable, it will not be returned if your child does not attend this program.

Tuition fees are calculated annually based on our September through June school year, with an option to enroll in our Summer Fun program.  Holidays and school closings have been previously deducted from the tuition.

In the case of closing or delayed opening due to inclement weather, full payment is due.

Full payment is due if a child is absent due to illness or vacation which is not scheduled during Little Hands Academy closings.

The late pickup fee is $1.00 for each minute after 6:00 p.m. and is paid directly to the teacher who waits with your child. After the third late fee, the rate increases to $2.00 for each minute after 6:00 p.m. Excessive lateness is grounds for suspension or termination.

A 5% sibling discount is offered on the lower tuition payment.


  •  _____Withdrawing a child: You are required to pay full tuition payment for 60 days after giving notice of departure. Final payment is due upon notification of departure. If you are withdrawing your child during the month of June, full payment is due for that month regardless of  the 60 day notice.
  • _____If you choose to withdraw and re-enroll, a $100 registration fee is required, and your child may return, space permitting.
  •  _____Dropping days:  You are required to pay full tuition payment for 60 days after giving notice of dropping a day or days.  You may add them back during the year, space permitting.
  • Our early morning and extended day programs are always a daily option.
