Hello my name is Kristine. I have been in the teaching field for 25 years. I have worked in many centers throughout my career. When leaving a center I like to bring something new to share with my new class and co-teachers. It could be a song, a book, a game or an idea. I am creative and enjoy making my own games, puppets, flannel boards and decorating my classroom! I can be very silly. You can hear me singing and see me dancing throughout the day. I like to have a fun class where learning is fun and I can build trusting relationships with each child. When I am not teaching, I can be found enjoying the beach, crafting, reading, my puppy and cat and spending time with my family. I am also a huge Bruins Fan!

Hi my name is Tyler, and I have been working in the child care field since 2013. I am attending Becker college for my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood. I am certified as lead teacher as well as director certified. I graduated high school with a scholarship to University of Rhode Island for Marine Biology, but before going to college I worked for a family friend as an assistant teacher at her school, and I ended up falling in love with the job and the kids. I decided at that time to pursue my career in childcare.
Working with children has been such a great experience! I love teaching children, watching them grow and flourish into their own personalities. It is an amazing feeling to know you have made an impact on a child, and to know they look up to you to learn new things. Nothing feels better than watching a child tell their parents what they have learned at school and the excitement they have as they are telling them. I love getting messy with sensory play to creative art projects!
I currently live in Shrewsbury with my family. When I am out of work, I have many hobbies to keep me busy. I love fishing, and fish at every opportunity I get. I love to play hockey, baseball, and love working on cars. In the winter time I enjoy snowboarding!

Hi! My name is Jessie. I have been working full time in early childhood education for the past year, but I have previous experience in the field working as a part time substitute and an aide during high school and college. My favorite thing about this age group is that these children are striving for independence and learning to navigate the social and academic world around them, and that as their teacher, I get to help them in this endeavor. They are eager to learn and love sharing their adventures with everyone. I received my degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in English from Dean College in 2017. My future plans include earning a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, so that I can offer more expertise in my teaching role.

Since I was a child, myself, I knew I wanted to become a teacher. On January 1, 2010 I was given the opportunity of a lifetime to share my passion and love for learning, education and children. I have spent my 20+ year career unknowingly preparing to share Little Hands Academy with you. I have watched and learned from a countless number of children, including two of my own (2012 and 2014). My desire for life-long leaning, play based learning and listening to the “100 Languages of Children” (Reggio Emilia) has been an honor to share with you and your family at Little Hands Academy.
Welcome to our family.
